Hello, I'm Sanjaya from Sri Lanka. I can't use ECG function in my apple watch ultra. I got message "The ECG app is not available in your region". Is there any solution for this?

No. Not until the Government in Sri Lanka approves the ECG function on Apple Watch, it cannot be used. Complain to your government and tell them you want this feature approved.
