Trying to update my software over data but cannot it’s also saying necessarily over WiFi

You can’t update your phone over cellular data. You can only use Wi-Fi to update your phone.

Then you can’t update over the air. Is there anywhere you can go that has Wi-Fi? A library? Coffee shop?

If you don’t have Wi-Fi you can update your phone using a Windows PC or a Mac.
