How can I update my iPhone softwares using mobile data , my software is unable to update without wireless connection

1) Make sure that your phone is set for 5G On. If your phone is set for 5G Auto, the update will likely not work because the phone may really be using LTE instead (and not telling you).
2) Make sure that you have enabled Allow More Data on 5G
Not sure what county in which you are located, but if it is India and you are using Jio as your carrier, we have seen a number of other posts about 5G not working correctly for some tasks.
The bottom line.....you will have an easier time updating if you use a good Wi-Fi connection, or better yet connect your phone to a Mac using a cable and run the Update that way.
