Where is the app license number?
I purchased and downloaded an app from the store. I opened the app and it asks for the license number. Where do I find that?
Mac Pro, macOS 10.13

Normally after you have purchased an app, you will receive a confirmation, containing the necessary information such as license number, terms of use and other details.
Please check your mailbox.

It's not anywhere in Mail. So I contacted the developer (Readdle Technologies Limited) and they told me to throw away the app I had and reload if from the App Store, there is no need to have the license if it is a download from Apple. So I did that, I used the uninstaller on CleanMyMac OSX to get rid of everything. Then I went the the App Store Purchased Downloads page. The app is there, paid in full, PDF Expert... Waiting... Paused. I cannot un-pause it so it is stuck.
How do I get it unstuck so that I can work? If you give me the refund I can start over.
Let me know what you can do. Thank you. Chris
