Hello. I have an iPhone 11 and the volume of all of my notifications is very loud. I have updated to the latest iOS, I have gone into sound and haptics and turned on the slider to adjust the volume with the side buttons, I have set my ringer and alerts to be on the low side, but whenever I receive a notification or a text message it is excessively loud. Please help!

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you. Are you using headphones, earphones, or any other external audio device?
Does it help if you change your sound alert tone?
In the meantime, we recommend that you have Content & Privacy Restrictions enabled.
You can confirm this by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
If you have Content & Privacy Restrictions enabled, try to disable it first, then make adjustments on the sound alert volume again.
