I am with an Iphone X A1865 bought at APPLE store Greenwich, all right in France but today with roaming ATT in USA, my cellphone is not working, something needed to be done for this, please ? as i needed my cell phone to call and to be called, otherwise, Whatsapp, internet.. is working fine

You start by contacting your cellular data provider if you data isn't working abroad.
