my son was killed recently and he has two iphones is there a way to reset his passwords so i can get in the phones to recover photos videos and or voice recording. If not is there a way to retrieve these things through you and have them sent to me

I'm sorry to hear for your loss. I don't work for Apple as this is a user forum but I can provide what I know. To get into the iPhones, there's no way to reset the passcode to login without erasing the content that's stored inside. However, you can request to get access to your son's Apple ID which has data.
