when i first installed the app i didn’t want notifications so i declined when i was asked
now i can’t find the app in settings-notifications

OK...so your app is suggesting you have turned off Push Notification in Settings > Notifications
Try this and see if it helps: Settings > Notifications > Siri Suggestions > Allow Notifications
It’s there but there’s no notifications option
Not all apps have a notification option.

Have you tried going to settings> and find the app by scrolling through?
With some applications, notification settings are inside the app itself. Open the app and see if there is a settings option and inside there, you may see notifications.
It appears you have turned off notifications completely from the screen shot. See the Allow Notifications button is not turned on.
