Monterey 12.5.1 new software compatibility

My iPhoto is not compatible with the new update. how to access my stored photos (desktop).

The same with my outlook ( older version). how to access my old file downloaded on my desktop (offline)

How can I download Photos with macOS Mojave? Cannot reload the iPhone application. Am using an old OS (Mojave), but iPhoto is missing. I can find v9.1 online, but system won’t load it due to out of date, security and other system controls. Spoke with Apple Support - they claimed to use “Privacy and Security” feature that allows you to override check, but found nothing like that on that page. Any ideas ? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iPhoto was replaced by Photos in 2015 with OS X Yosemite. Photos should have imported your iPhoto library. You'll have to update Outlook.

Launch Photos with the option key held down. Choose your iPhoto Library from the dialog. Photos will create a new Photos Library from your iPhoto media.
