When I try to use Instagram I got a message that it is temporarily locked due to an attempt to log in from another device, which wasn't me. When I try to get a confirmation email sent to confirm my identity, I don't receive the email. it's not in my spam yet i'm receiving emails from other domains.
The phone number linked is my old number and I do not have a Facebook page to try to retrieve access. Can someone help me?
