I try to reset password for my instagram, but I didn't receive any email from instagram support. I already check on my spam / Junk but still nothing. I found not only me who have this problem. Is it problem from Instagram itself?
Check with your email provider by logging in using Safari. They can also use Junk Mail filtering which will affect emails before they even make it to Mail on your device. There should be a setting to shut this off on the providers web portal.
