iPhone connection to MAC is intermittent

My iPhone 11pro USB connection to my MacBook Air 2017, is intermittent in Finder, but is shown connected to System Information. How do I fix this?

It sounds as though you've completed the steps outlined in the related article, and you're seeing your iPhone listed in the USB Device Tree. If you've completed the steps in the related article and you're still having issues with the iPhone not showing in Finder as expected, test to see if the issue continues when using a different USB cable to connect your iPhone. If you don't have issues with an alternate cable, that's an indication the issue may be related to the prior cable. You can also test different USB ports on our Mac to help further isolate the issue.
