iPhone 11 Pro is frozen and only works basic functions

My Iphone 11Pro is frozen and I am not able to get into any apps. But mobile calls and some basic functions work.

I think this is something to do with software and is there a way that I connect to apple and have the software updated myself or do i need to go to the dealer?
