Large Movie Library Not Opening in Apple TV App

I purchased the most recent 4K Apple TV (with the Aluminum Remote) over a year ago. For some reason the Apple TV app won’t load my purchased Movies and TV Shows. I’ve been using an Apple TV for over 10 years (early cord cutter) and my library is massive. Apple has never been able to figure out how to get their devices to load large libraries for some reason. On this device however, it refuses to load the library at all. I’ll get a spinning wheel for ages and ages and either it’ll crash or it’ll just show my Wife’s purchased movies (there are none). I’ve signed out and signed in, I made sure the OS was up to date. I’ve erased the device completely (numerous times) to reset it and still couldn’t get it to work. Before trying the nuclear option I tried simply resetting all of the network settings. I have numerous older Apple TV’s and there’s no issue. I’ve used the Apple TV App on other devices and TV’s and no issues. For some crazy reason, the newest Apple TV 4K just refuses to load my library. FTLOG help!
