I am unable to save any pdf while booking tickets/making transactions. To be precise, online you get an option to print the acknowlkedgement receipt/bill, which ppl select it as 'print' and 'save it as pdf' to the system. I am unable to do that on my new macbook air m2. why? please help

The only time I've been unable to do that was when there was a fault with the website. For any local file, I've never been unable to print or save as a .pdf.
Have you tried a different browser? There may be some basic conflict with the browser you're using.
