GarageBand can’t open song

Just yesterday I came up with this error on GarageBand. After it said that a couple of files were not found, it then said that the song could not be opened and I needed to update to the latest version of GarageBand before I could open the song again. But I’m already running the latest version. How do I fix this? The song was about to be very very good.

P.S. This is for GarageBand on iPhone/iPad.

Hi Ayo3,

Thanks for connecting with us here in Apple Communities. Please restart your device as this can sometimes address the problem you're facing. Are you running both the latest iOS version and the GarageBand latest release? If not, please be sure that both are updated. See: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support

How to manually update apps on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
