Is my .band file broken?

I use GarageBand on my iPhone 11 and MacBook Air. However, when I updated my phone to the most recent iOS, I noticed a few of my songs could not be opened on my iPhone. When I try opening it on my phone, it shows the tracks and it appears to be loading, but, as soon as the loading bar completed, the GarageBand crashes. When I try opening it on the Mac version of GB, before it even opens the app, I am prompted a "GarageBand quit unexpectedly" message. I tried exporting it on my phone and it still crashes GB. I even tried opening it in LogicPro and it still crashes Logic. I tried compressing and reopening the file and even making a copy, and GB still crashes. Is my file corrupted? If so, is there a way I can get it back?
