Iam using 20w charger for my iphone 6s.Is there any problem for its battery by using 20w charger?

No. The iPhone's "charger" is actually built-in the phone itself. It is designed to only draw enough current to charge the battery. This allows you to use a number of different (wattage-rated) "power adapters" with your phone.
