hi there, I wanna use the 20W charger on my iphone 8 is It safe to use or fast cahrging may distory my battery life?

No, no problem. If it is an Apple or MFI certified charger you can use it, bearing in mind that the charger doesn’t “push” power; it just supplies the power “drawn” by the device.
