Will there me any battery issues in future if I charge my iPhone 13 pro max with 30watt charger ?

You can use a 30 watt and also can useany larger power adapter (even for example 96 watts); the phone won't draw more power than it was designed to. Also see: Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support
