Why do I have a Black Rectangle of 5mm X 32mm in the middle TOP of my screen? on my brand new MacBook Pro Preventing me seeing a FULL page Is this somehow connected to the camera?

This denies me from being able to see a FULL PAGE.

Could it be linked to the camera in any way, Is this normal?
