Can’t write review

I click on Write Review and Phone says that I don’t have this app.

Hey there ,

do you have the app that you’re trying to write a review for?

if so and you still can’t write a review for it make sure you’re signing with the same Apple ID that you download this app on the App Store!

My App Store reviews have not been published for years. From 2010 through 2015 my App Store reviews had no problems being published. However since 2016, no reviews or ratings are saved or published. I have verified this by checking Media & Purchases > Ratings and Revies. This happens with all apps. If I leave a review (on iPadOS or iOS) I see the “sent” message pop up. If I just tap a star rating, I see the “submitted” message pop up. However, returning to the app listing for an app I rated or reviewed never shows the star rating populated, and clicking on the review link always result in an empty field rather than my previous review. This is true for reviews submitted 10 minutes ago or 5 years ago. It’s not a matter of waiting for it to be published by Apple. Could I have set a privacy setting years ago that is preventing my App Store ratings and reviews from being saved/published?

App Store Does Not Show My Reviews Recently installed several apps on my iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 16.3) and submitted reviews for a couple of them. Even after a day or two, those reviews have not appeared under those apps' Ratings and Reviews section. Am I doing something wrong, or does it take a long time for new reviews/ratings to show up? -- JCW6

Try Sign out from the App Store and sign in again to see if this solves this issue, if you still can’t write a review for that app make sure your iPhone is up to date and it’s not running in iOS beta version, you can try also delete the app and reinstall it again!

If nothing succeeds from what I mentioned above your next step will be Contact Apple Support

Thanks. Have app, have correct ID and still have this issue :(
