Requesting a Refund

soi downloaded an app that turned out to be a total ripp off and according to their policy i have 15 days to cancel and request a refund how can i get this done

app name "Kinkoo" for $17.38 and was paid for in the last few days according to itunes its still pending but id like to cancel and get a refund if possible

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


They're generally not obligated to provide one. If the developer's own policy applies to App Store purchases, contact them directly.
