I purchaed an app via my iphone app store at the end of November the developers of the app confirm the app will not work properly with my phone and therefore I should request a refund back through apple for the purchase of the app. Any ideas how to do this ? It is over 14 days ago so no longer appears in my list of apps to request a refund.
Can you suggest any way of getting a refund the purchase was £49.99

If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, "tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range."
See if Apple can help you resolve this. I have never requested a refund for an app.

Yes ive tried this thank you the app isn't listed as it only goes back 14 days
Yes tried this it will only allow me to click on the invoice for the app nothing else
