Purchased song will not play

I purchased song from iTunes on laptop that will not play on laptop but will play on iPad. Message says it's not authorized but then will not let me authorize it. Please help?

Delete and redownload the song which won't play, or use the Transfer Purchases function to get it from the iPad.
