Banners Alerts of Phone and FaceTime apps not available !

I used to use many iPhones, but the Notifications - Alerts - Banners of the 2 default apps are Phone and FaceTime not available !

For example: Facebook Messenger app and Zalo appl ... When there is a missed call of these applications when you are unlocking your iphone. Then there will be a banner from the top notifying you that you missed a call from someone.
As for the Phone and FaceTime applications of the iphone, when there is a missed call, it will not have a banner from the top to notify you of the missed call. Notifications - Alerts - Banners whether enabled or not is the same !

What do you mean ? ?

I mean [Settings > Notifications > Phone(FaceTime) > Alerts > Banners] or [Settings > Phone(FaceTime) > Notifications > Alerts > Banners] is not available. Whether you turn the Banners off or on, it's the same !
