How do I do this if I don’t know my Apple ID password

Ok so long story short my old iPhone broke and it’s a problem with the screen so the screen didn’t work and all my passwords were saved on that phone including my Apple ID so I don’t have it and I can’t reconnect my Apple Watch to my new phone how would I do this
