I don't remember the Apple ID password I used to setup my Apple Watch

I can’t remember the Apple I’d and password I use to set up my I watch now I want to repair my I watch with my new iPhone but it’s asking me for the Apple ID and password that I used to set up the I watch in the first place what do I do?

I’m trying to use my old I watch I have to repair it with a new phone. I don’t remember the Apple ID or password that I used to initially set up the I watch what do I do?

Try to remember it, it should be the same as your previous iphone ID and password.

I can’t remember the password I set up for my watch and username years ago I’m trying to set it up on my new phone and can’t how do I find out that info there’s no button for if you forgot
