Peacock app

Subscribed to peacock premium plus on my Apple TV. But the app isn’t recognizing my my subscription. When I go to subscribe it says already subscribed, but then it says there was a problem processing your purchase. In my Apple subscription it says I’m subscribed and that my subscription will renew next month.

For help with ensuring your app subscription is recognized on your Apple TV test signing out of the app and signing back in. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app using the steps below found in the article here: Customize the Apple TV Home Screen - Apple Support


"Delete an app

  1. Select the app you want to delete, then press and hold the clickpad center (second-generation Siri Remote) or touch surface (first-generation Siri Remote) until the app starts to jiggle.
  2. Press the Play/Pause button Play/Pause buttonfor more options, then choose Delete.
  3. Deleting an app also deletes its data. You can download any app again that you’ve purchased on the App Store, free of charge, but the data may not be restored."
