Apple TV with paid subscription not recognizing said subscription

Hi I have a subscription for Apple TV but the app on two iPads, a Mac, and on our TV no longer recognize the subscription. When I check the settings on any of the above devices they confirm that I have a subscription, that it was paid, and is on automatic renewal.
