my iPod classic fifth generation wont sync with my iTunes. i got it off of eBay and whenever i plug it in my iTunes app freezes up and i cant even close it. it will sometimes show up in file explorer if i put it into disk mode as disk and sometimes when i unplug it it comes up as a bunch of random symbols. when i turn the iPod on it works fine there is no music on it it works normally until i plug it in i have no idea what is wrong how do i sync it?
