iPod Classic 6th Generation 120GB Problem

I recently received a 6th generation 120GB IPod classic that has an issue connecting with my windows 10 computer. Whenever I plug it in, iTunes will not respond or load and I cannot eject the iPod anywhere, so I’m forced to unplug it without ejecting it on the computer. After this, When the iPod is disconnected, it freezes on the OK to eject screen and I’m forced to restart it manually. Also, when I hover over the settings option, it will freeze up and say it has 0kb free when it actually has 87.3 free. I have never encountered this issue and can’t find anything about this on the web, so I’m at a loss right now. Please help me out. Thanks

The three pending sectors are areas of the iPod's drive that cannot be read properly. It seems they hold important data that needs to be read when you connect the device, leading to the symptoms you see. You iPod will need to be restored. You can see if iTunes is able to restore it in the usual way, or try the DFU restore or reformat methods mentioned in the user tip. You may need to repeat the process to convert all of the pending sectors to reallocatons, after which you should be able to reload your device.
