I believed you could not add memory to an iPhone. I just switched to TMobile & when the sales rep ordered my new iPhone I stated that 64 GB was not enough memory. The rep convinced me that you can now add memory to iPhone 12. Please tell me that’s true & how I go about it.

If you just got it return it and get the 128gb or the 256gb which is what I have.
