iPhone 14 pro 256GB keeps saying to buy more memory.

I had an iPhone 12pro 128gb memory was full and I switched to a new 14 pro with 256gb . Back up my cloud and iPhone keeps saying to buy more memory. Why

Because of your iCloud is full with backups. Go to settings>your name>iCloud to see your iCloud storage and see what it is full with
