Is there a way to filter searches in the App Store for apps that do not track you?

I would think that as a company claiming privacy as a top concern, they would have an option to search for Apps that do not track you. Is there a way to accomplish this, that I have not seen. Entering every app description to scroll down and see what they do or don’t track is extremely time consuming. I would expect a filter option would be simple and would show that Apple is invested in the privacy of it’s users.
