How to search or filter apps in the App Store based on their privacy policies?

(ie just show me ‘no data collected’ apps)

I can’t find a way to restrict my search to include only those apps that do not collect personal data (or any other aspect of the mandatory privacy practices declaration included in each app’s detailed description page). Furthermore, the App Store’s built-in “filters” feature does not include any queries related to privacy or data handling practices. It doesn’t even let you exclude apps that haven’t reported their privacy practices.

It seems ridiculous to have to randomly click on apps in a search result and then scroll through the whole description to find the developer’s privacy practices in hopes of eventually finding one might meet your needs. If app data handling practices were easier for users to find and compare, developers with good privacy practices would benefit greatly, and those without would have an incentive to (re)consider how they handle and profit from user data.

Is there a magic way I’m missing to narrow my search to show only those apps that meet my privacy preference?

If not, is there a non-cynical reason that basic functionality has not been included in the App Store app?

Thanks for any guidance or ideas
