iPhone 6s showing iPhone unavailable

My Phone was stole by unauthorized person he tried many wrong attempts to unlock my phone to steel my information i found it after 1 month My iPhone 6s is showing iPhone unavailabe. how i can repaire my phone without loosing data.id now i am looking for help to recover my phone kindly help me to unlock and save my data.
