Fall detection SOS bypass

With fall detection, is there a way to bypass the SOS call and have my watch call my emergency contact instead? I would like it to call emergency contacts only, not emergency services.

emergency number is there a way to set the emergency number the watch will call in a fall or wreck to something other than 911? my wife falls some times but we don't ever need the ambulance. if I know I can be there in 5 minutes
