I have some photos and videos imported from itunes a few years ago and I can't delete them. Normally it needs to be done through iTunes but iTunes is not available anymore. How do I delete these unwanted photos/videos?

Mac uses finder same thing as itunes click here Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
