Deleted Robocall Blocker App But It's Still Blocking When I Don't Want It To!

Hi, I have an iphone13 pro that was getting a bunch of calls from numbers and I decided to download a robocall blocking app. No, I can't remember which one it was. If Apple had a way of storing all the apps you've downloaded to your phone, that'd be helpful but right now I don't know what to do.

I was hoping a software update would phase it out of the system but it's still doing this same crap. Im super ****** because I just missed out on potential employer calling me back for a follow up interview and have no way to return the call. If anyone knows what to do to get this to stop, please tell me.

To get the name of the app, Open the App Store app, tap the circular user icon near the top right of the screen, tap Purchased, tap All.

If the app is RoboKiller, see the following from their support site: https://support.robokiller.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027065591-How-can-I-disable-RoboKiller-on-my-iPhone-or-Android-device-
