JLI-9000 error from Charter/Spectrum app on my iPhone
I am trying to login to the Charter app on my iPhone to watch TV and I am getting “JLI-9000”. I was able to sign in and watch TV on my iPhone until I updated the iOS to 15.6 a few days ago. The Spectrum app is version 8.4.
I have tried turning off the iPhone and leaving it off for a few minutes before restarting with no luck.
