Macbook Air 2020 is making a crackling noise

Just today, I started noticing that my laptop started making strange loud crackling/popping sounds. It’s coming from the bottom right of the laptop, near the power button.

I tried restarting it and doing Apple Diagnostics, but it’s still there and the report says nothing wrong was found. It starts as soon as I turn on my laptop and doesn’t stop. Does anyone know what this is?
