There are three hackers on my iPad. How can i get them out?

How have they hacked you? If you’re referring to your Apple ID, you should change your password as soon as possible by visiting Settings > Your name at the top > Password & security and be sure to hit yes when asking for all other devices to be signed out.

What causes you to believe that you have three hackers compromising your iPad? Unless you have jailbroken your iPad, or have attempted side-loading of unauthorised Apps from a third-party source, it is highly unlikely that your iPad has been compromised.

In addition to changing the passcode to open your iPad and changing your Apple ID password, change the password in any other apps or websites where you used the same password … especially if you used the same password for any bandkng or money sites.

If you're getting a popup message that says something like "There are 3 viruses on your iPhone!!!!!!" what you're seeing is a scam (a fairly common one). Close that window. Don't follow any links in it.
