Still photos to Live photos
How can I turn the live photo on for the still photos? I have tried to find the circle on the still photos, but it does not appear at all.

While you can convert a live photo into a still image, you cannot turn a still photo into a live photo.
Your iPhone takes a short video when you take a live photo. However, no video is taken when you take a picture, so all you get is the still image.
