how to convert a Live Photo to a still photo

I want to edit my Live Photos down to make them simply a single still photo. I forget how to do that, and the apple-photos help does not describe the function.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Right Click on the photo in the Photos Application >> Media Type in Sidebar >>

refer to image below and Turn Off Live Photo for that Specific picture
