Bluetooth Bug Issue in Headphone Baseus Encok D02 Pro in Mac OS Monterey 12.5

Hello Everyone, Any have a trouble related with bluetooth ? Because i got twice moment when i pair and connect my bluetooth headphones (my devices is Baseus Encok D02 Pro) and it doesn't connect in macbook pro 2015. Also i have try it in macbook pro 2020 M1 chip and i got bad happen at there. can you have fixed it ? because it make me noised and doesn't make me comfort. thank you

ps: in first moment, i must downgrade my OS from monterey into Big Sur and it works my headphone. but, when i upgrade it. it still have bug

On their site: Baseus Encok Wireless Headphones D02 Pro, The manufacturer mentioned nothing of compatibility. So, contact them, asking them if these are compatible with you device, and its macOS. The Link: Contact Information - Baseus
