Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Just to confirm, are you having issues with receiving a verification code needed to log into your Apple ID or change your Apple ID password? If so, check out the steps listed in the following resource that can help with getting a verification code from another trusted device that is still signed into your Apple ID, if available: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support


If still unable to receive a verification code with the steps listed above, and if you're attempting to sign in to your Apple ID or reset your Apple ID password, the next best option would be to start an account recovery request with the steps in this next link here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support


If you need to start an account recovery request, be sure to take a look at the information under the "After you start account recovery" section, as this can help with preventing delays in the recovery process.
