Authentication codes

I am trying to login in to my Apple ID but my phone is not recieving any authentication codes and it says too many codes sent but I have not recieved a single code yet please someone help me please

iPhone 8, iOS 16

Get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service
