I am getting notification sounds throughout the day that leave nothing on my dashboard and notification screen to let me know what they are. It is becoming annoying and it’s starting to get to me. I tried the other suggestions by checking my calendar and I am still getting this. Does this happen to anyone else?

Thanks for trying that. Also check that all apps are updated. This will be a good step to take in case it's a third-party app causing the issue, which might can be be resolved with an update: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support.
If that doesn't help, let us know if the notification sound appears to be a default notification sound or if it sounds different. Or maybe even like a text or phone ringtone? This can help us isolate the issue.

We understand that you are receiving notifications sounds without a notification showing. Try checking Settings > Notifications for apps that may have alerts with sounds but no banners. Are you noticing the issue when the Do Not Disturb feature is turned on?

Thanks for the reply! I tried this and I’m still getting it. I even went though every app to turn off notifications.
Random notification sounds going off but don’t know the source.
