I keep getting random notification sounds (a sound/tone I have never used before), in this case like a droplet but no corresponding badge or banner with the sound. It's very annoying. Anyone else have this issue? Any known solutions?
There is NO corresponding notification/banner/etc.
I also have checked all the sounds and notification settings and none of them correspond to this sound.
Any suggestions for tracking this down?

Strange. Can you describe the sound in any way, and possibly when do you hear it?
Try to close ALL your apps by swiping from the bottom up to the middle so you get to the App Switcher, swipe all apps up and away. Then turn off your iPhone completely (Volume Up + Side Button) then swipe "Slide to Power Off"
